I believe trust should be earned and not given. When it comes to real estate you're dealing with a lot of hard earned money. You need a team that  will look out for your best interest. Helping people buy and sell real estate is not a number's game for me. The numbers that I count are the number of clients that trust me 100% with their real estate needs. The best reward of being a REALTOR is having people's trust and seeing the smiles on their faces when they make that purchase or sale.

If you are buying:

I won't waste your time by sending you all the listings that are available on the market, or drive you around town showing you properties that do not meet your needs. I personally look at every listing BEFORE I email them to you, I do not program my system to automatically send you listings when they come up.

If you are selling:

I will prepare a comparative market analysis for you and suggest a competitive price to list your property. I will be there everytime a potential buyer wants to view your property.
